TaeTiSeo shares hidden stories of pre-debut time
The members of the Girls’ Generation unit group TaeTiSeo shared how they pursued the dream of becoming singers and how much effort they put into achieving it, on the reality program “The TaeTiSeo” on Tuesday.
First of all, Tiffany apologized to her family.
“My family said no to my dream but I adamantly came to Korea in three weeks without any preparation,” said Tiffany. “I didn’t want to blame my parents in the future. After arriving here, I didn’t go back home for almost three years just not to give up my dream.”
However, she stressed that she’s finally achieved her dream.
Tiffany also added that a Christina Aguilera song reminds her of when she was auditioning.
“I sang Christina Aguilera’s song in the audition. I recently burst into tears when I sang the same song. I felt the same feeling I had in the audition,” she said.
“I’m finally here thanks to many songs that comforted me. It’s so blissful to be someone who can comfort others with songs,” she said tearfully.
Taeyeon also revealed how she came to debut as a singer.
“I tried to find ways to live happily. And I made a conclusion at the age of 13 that I’m only talented at singing songs. That’s how I started,” she said.
Seohyun also shared the first moment she dreamed of being a singer.
“Looking at performances by girl groups such as BoA, SES and Fin.K.L, I thought it was cool to show and communicate the emotions through songs,” she said.
Along with the interview, “The TaeTiSeo” showed audition clips of the members.
